What is the first
step to selling at auction?
The first step is to find out whether All Out Auctions
sells your type of property and how much it might be worth at auction.
Can I bring in
my property for an estimate?
You can bring property to our gallery or we can come to you. However,
to ensure that we will be available to examine your property, we strongly
advise that you make an appointment. Under no circumstances should you
ship property to us or leave property at our gallery without first discussing
it with us.
How much will
it cost to sell property at All Out Auctions?
Every consignment is different. When an All Out Auctions representative
accepts your consignment they will discuss an appropriate commission with
you.
What is a reserve?
A reserve is the minimum price the consignor is willing to accept and
below which a lot will not be sold. However we strongly suggest that items
are sold without reserve to promote bidder activity, which in turn will
raise the price of an item.
What is a consignment
agreement?
The consignment agreement is a contract with the consignor to sell property.
Who arranges the
shipping of property to be sold?
After agreeing to consign property, you may choose to bring it yourself,
arrange with your own shipper to deliver it to us, or request that All
Out Auctions organizes the shipment.
